Health consultations and iris analyses are available both in person and for those at a distance, by telephone. Please see below for scheduling either, and the note regarding how to have Cheryl do your iris analysis even if you live at a distance.
Health and Lifestyle Consultation Services
There is certainly a difference between existing and being fully alive! Dr. Cheryl Matschek brings practical wisdom to the process of healing, integrating body, mind, and spirit. She will work with you to:

Cheryl recognizes the uniqueness of each individual and her work focuses around and honors individual personalities as well as assisting clients to find more productive and healthy ways of "being."
The beauty of natural health is that often there are simple, natural methods of dealing with health issues that have far fewer side effects, if any, than synthesized products developed in laboratories. Natural, plant based products give the body what it needs to cleanse and to heal, and they have been time tested for centuries around the world. Cheryl works with nutrition, herbs, exercise, stress reduction, exercise and total lifestyle counseling to promote health and the natural healing abilities of the whole person—spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically. In the process, she works with you to educate you about conditions and natural methods for health and healing.
You will find from your very first consultation that Cheryl is committed to a partnership with you that includes listening to your needs, wants and desires, and works with you according to your own pace. She wants you to experience a supportive, encouraging and yet challenging environment within which to lay the groundwork for greater health and well-being, as a whole person.

NOTE:
- If you wear contact lenses it is helpful to remove these before the iridology photographs are taken, so please bring appropriate eye care supplies for lens removal and replacement.
- If you have recent blood test results or other medical records, please bring these with you to the consultation.

Note regarding Iris Analysis: If you live at a distance and desire an Iris Analysis, please find an iridologist in your area who can take iris photographs, and email them to cheryl@matschek.com. Please let us know if you are unable to locate an iridologist. We may be able to assist you.
